ABOUT PHIL KASSEL
Phil Kassel is a purpose-driven executive, leadership voice, and faith-centered mentor committed to building organizations where people thrive, culture is intentional, and strategy translates into meaningful results. With more than two decades of leadership experience, he has guided teams and organizations through growth, transition, and transformation — always anchored in humility, servant leadership, and values that shape both culture and performance.
As President of Prinsco, Phil leads with a clear focus on advancing sustainable, high-quality water solutions that support agriculture, stormwater management, and residential infrastructure. His leadership philosophy centers on aligning strategy with disciplined execution, developing people through accountability and excellence, and cultivating environments where strong culture and strong results reinforce one another.
Beyond the corporate arena, Phil is the creator and co-founder of 365 GRIT, a leadership and personal growth platform dedicated to mental resilience, discipline, and purpose. Through writing, speaking, and mentorship, he challenges leaders, athletes, and professionals to pursue endurance that goes deeper than achievement — the kind rooted in character, conviction, and faith.
Phil’s own journey reflects that message. Raised in faith but later experiencing a deeply personal spiritual transformation, his perspective on leadership, success, and identity was fundamentally reshaped. An accomplished athlete, executive, and pastor, he often speaks about the realization that achievement alone cannot answer life’s deepest questions. True endurance — the kind that finishes well — is fueled not by self-effort, but by grace.
Together with his wife Amanda and their four children, Phil lives and leads with one ultimate aim: to build a legacy of faith, leadership, and impact — and one day hear the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
